- 1 kg Chicken (Boneless, Cut into Small Pieces)
- 100 g Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Oil (For Marination)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Red Food Colour (Optional)
- Oil (For cooking)

In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and all the spices.

Add the chicken and coat it well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add the marinated chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes,

Flip and cook for a further 4-5 minutes, until golden brown and fully cooked.

Increase the heat at the end to get a nice char for that tikka effect.
