Irish Wheaten Bread (Brown Soda Bread)

Today, I'm sharing this amazingly easy Irish soda bread. It only took about 5 minutes of prep time to get the loaf oven ready. This is part 2 of my guest series, and my dear Irish friend has kindly shared her recipe with us. We ate ours with some cream cheese spread, smoked salmon, spritz of lemon, and a touch of fresh dill. So simple, yet so good!
