- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 4 servings salt
- 4 servings pepper
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 slice bread
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1 shallot
- 0.125 teaspoon herbes de province
- 2 teaspoons butter
