Roasted Air Fryer Carrots
These Air Fryer Carrots are cooked to be perfection until crispy tender. Ingredients
Quantities are shown as originally provided.
- Carrots chopped, 1/2 lbs (5-6 medium sized carrots)
- Chili powder 1/2 tsp
- sugar 1/2 tbsp
- garlic salt 1 tsp
- butter / oil2 tbsp
- cilantro

Line the fryer basket with an aluminium foil.

Arrange the carrots in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure you do not over crowd the basket.

Air Fry the carrots for 15 minutes at 390 F (200 C) until the edges start getting charred and crispy tender.

Line the fryer basket with an aluminium foil. Arrange the carrots in a single layer in the frying basket.

Place the frying basket on a trivet. Cover and secure the Instant Pot or Mealthy Multipot with the Crisp Lid.

Air Fry the carrots for 15 minutes at 390 F (200 C) until the edges start getting charred and crispy tender.

Arrange the carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer

Roast the carrots in the oven at 390 F (200 C) for approximately 40 minutes, turning half way through until the edges are caramelized
