- 2 Tablespoon instant coffee
- 5 teaspoon hot water
- ⅔ cup milk, hot or cold ((optional: ice cubes))

Combine sugar, instant coffee, and hot water into a heat proof bowl. Whisk to dissolve.

Whisk for an additional 5-10 minutes until the coffee mixture becomes lighter in color and ribbon stage. It should be thick but silky.
