- 100 g Chocolate
- 100 g Unsalted butter
- 2 Eggs (room temperature)
- 100 g Granulated sugar
- 100 g Brown sugar (light or brown)
- 20 g Cocoa powder (unsweetened Dutch processed)
- 50 g All purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 100 g Chocolate
- 100 g Unsalted butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 Egg yolk
- 70 g Granulated sugar
- 70 g Brown sugar (light or brown)
- 160 g All purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt

Pre-heat oven to 180 C / 356 F

Prepare a 7 inch /18 cm square brownie pan. Brush the inside of the cake pan with a tiny bit of oil then use parchment paper on the bottom and side as well. Set aside
