- 4 6-ounce salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 tablespoon sake
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish.

The soy sauce, miso paste, mirin, sake, brown sugar, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic should first be combined in a bowl. Whisk together until well combined. Pour the marinade over the salmon fillets in a shallow dish, making sure to coat them completely. Refrigerate the dish for at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours after covering it with plastic wrap

Preheat your oven to 400°F

Salmon fillets should be taken out of the marinade and put on a parchment-lined baking pan. Bake the salmon for 12 to 15 minutes, or until it is cooked through and flakes easily
