Ingredients

  • 500 gram chicken pieces
  • 5 carrots sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 6 green onions
  • 14 red peppers
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 6 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon water
  • 3 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon ginger chopped
  • 3 tablspoons rice wine

Instructions

    Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.

    Brown the red peppers in an oiled wok over medium-high heat. Set them aside once browned.

    Cut the chicken into small bite-size pieces. Place in the wok and cook for about 5 minutes. Set aside with the peppers.

    Add the carrots to the wok and stir-fry until soft. Add the rest of the vegetables and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

    Return the chicken, red peppers, and sauce to the wok. Stir under medium heat until the sauce thickens.
