- 200 g Tuna (Canned, drained)
- 50 g Mayonnaise
- 50 g Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 4 slices Bread
- ½ Red Onion (Finely chopped)
- 1 Tomato (Chopped)
- Salt (To taste)
- Black Pepper (To taste)
- 2 tbsp Butter

In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, red onion, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
