  • 200 g cake flour
  • 1 sachet yeast
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 yolk
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 100 g icing sugar
  • 150 ml lemon juice

    Mix flour, yeast and salt.

    In another bowl, beat with a hand mixer sugar, eggs and a yolk for 3-4 minutes until pale yellow and foamy.
