Vietnamese Fusion Philly Cheesesteak

Ingredients
Quantities are shown as originally provided.
- 2 loaves French Baguette
- 2 lbs Thinly Sliced Ribeye
- 6 slices Provolone Cheese
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt and pepper

Combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Add thinly sliced rib-eye, and let marinate in the fridge for 15-30 minutes

Slice bell pepper and onion into strips

Let beef come to room temperature, then add oil to a hot pan. Add rib-eye into a single layer on the pan, and let the meat get a hard sear before moving around

Add sliced bell peppers and onions, and shake the pan, making sure everything is well incorporated

Add provolone cheese, and cover the pan with a lid to melt the cheese

Add Philly mixture to a French baguette and serve
