Ginger Soy Marinated Eggs
Marinated with ginger, green onions, and soy sauce, these ginger soy marinated eggs are a no-sugar alternative to traditional soy marinated egg recipes. The best part is this recipe comes together in less than 10 minutes!

Ingredients
Quantities are shown as originally provided.
- 7 eggs (soft boiled)
- ½ cup soy sauce (see note 1)
- ¼ tsp sesame oil
- ¼ cup green onions (thinly sliced)
- 2 tsp ginger (grated)
- 1 ½ cup water

Boil water.

Add the eggs and cook for 6 minutes.

After 6 minutes, immediately submerge eggs in cold water and let them sit for 10 minutes to cool.

Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, ginger, and water in a small bowl or jar. Mix.

Peel the eggs and add them to the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 2 hours. The eggs can be marinated for up to 3 days.
