Ingredients

  • 250 g Wheat Flour (Whole )
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 150 g Mozzarella Cheese (Grated)
  • 2 Green Chillies (Finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tbsp Coriander (Chopped)
  • Water (As needed)

Instructions

  1. 1

In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, salt, and vegetable oil.

  2. 2

Gradually add water and knead the dough until it's smooth and pliable. Cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

  3. 3

In another bowl, mix together the grated cheddar cheese, finely chopped green chilies, red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and fresh coriander leaves.

  4. 4

Divide the dough into equal-sized portions and roll each portion into a ball.

  5. 5

Roll out one of the dough balls into a circle, place a portion of the cheese mixture in the centre, and fold the edges to seal it. Roll it out again into a paratha.

  6. 6

Heat a griddle or tawa over medium heat and cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown, adding a little oil or ghee as needed.

  7. 7

Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls and cheese mixture.

  8. 8

Serve hot with yogurt or chutney.
