  • 6 servings oil of frying
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 6 servings maple syrup
  • 0.25 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1.5 cups coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk

    Heat a large skillet to medium.

    Whisk the milk, eggs, salt, vanilla extract, sugar, cayenne pepper, and nutmeg together in a baking dish or large bowl.

    Pour the coconut onto a plate.

    Pour enough oil in the skillet to completely coat the bottom.
