- 100 g White chocolate (eg. Callebaut, Valrhona, Lindt)
- 200 g Heavy Cream (36% fat cream)
- Pinch of salt
- Vanilla extract

Place white chocolate chunks into a plastic bowl and semi-melt in the microwave

Heat cream until simmering

Pour hot cream over the semi-melted chocolate and add a pinch of salt
