Ingredients

Quantities are shown as originally provided.

  • 2 Vietnamese Baguettes
  • 1 lb Shrimp
  • 2 stalks Green Onion
  • 1/2 cup Kewpie Mayo
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Fish Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp White Pepper
  • 1 Jalapeno

Instructions

    Mince shrimp and chop up green onions

    Then, in a mixing bowl, combine with kewpie mayo, shredded mozzarella, melted butter, garlic, fish sauce, sugar, and white pepper

    Slice baguette into one-inch slices and top with shrimp mixture

    Bake in a 400-degree oven on convection mode until golden brown, around 10-11 minutes - but every oven is a little different

    Slice the jalapeno and garnish. Serve and enjoy!
