Quantities are shown as originally provided.
- 8 to 10 large shiitake mushrooms ( , remove the ends)
- glass noodles as needed (, soak in boiling hot water)
- 1 tbsp. vegetable cooking oil
- 1 whole garlic (, peeled )
- 4 chili peppers (, or chili paste)
- 1 tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. minced green onion

Heat oil in a small pan and fry garlic until aromatic, then place in chili peppers. The amount of the peppers used can be adjusted based on personal preference. Continue to heat for 2 minutes, turn off the fire. Add light soy sauce, salt, sugar, oyster sauce (optional), sesame oil and chopped garlic. Mix well.

Soak glass noodles with warm water and then cook in boiling water for 1 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Remove the stem of the shiitake mushrooms. And wash very quickly under running water if necessary. Prepare a pan, lay the shiitake mushroom in, surface side down. Roast shiitake mushroom at 180 degree C for 5 minutes until the shiitake mushrooms are slightly withered.

Take pan out, circle the glass noodles around the finger and then place on top of the shiitake mushrooms.

Scoop the hot garlic sauce on top of the glass noodles. Continue roast for another 5 minutes. Serve hot!
