- 1 carrot
- 1 tablespoon celery
- 2 servings noodles
- 2 tablespoons fat
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 onions
- 1 oxtail
- 2 servings bell pepper
- 2 servings salt
- 1 cup tomatoes
- 1 cup water
