  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tablespoon celery
  • 2 servings noodles
  • 2 tablespoons fat
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 onions
  • 1 oxtail
  • 2 servings bell pepper
  • 2 servings salt
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • 1 cup water
