Ingredients
- 3 cup rice chex cereal
- 3 cup honey nut cheerios
- 2 cup pretzel sticks
- 10 oz bag Easter M&Ms
- 3 cup (510g) white chocolate chips (16 ounces)
- 1+1/2 tsp vegetable shortening
- 2 tbsp Easter-themed sprinkles

Line a rimmed baking sheet with a silicone baking mat, parchment or wax paper and set aside.

Combine chex cereal, honey nut cheerios, pretzels, and M&Ms in a large mixing bowl and set aside.

In a microwave safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and vegetable shortening. Microwave on 50% power for 1 minute. Stir, then add additional time as needed until completely smooth and melted.

Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture and stir until evenly coated.

Spread the mixture into an even layer on the lined baking sheet and immediately sprinkle the sprinkles over the top.
