The spice from Hennessy is a perfect complement to the ginger bite from the ginger beer. This delicious and refreshing simple cocktail is made with fresh lime juice, pisco, Hennessy, and ginger beer.

- 1 ounce Pisco or tequila (see notes)
- 1 ounce Hennessy V.S
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 2 to 4 ounces ginger beer
- Angostura bitters
- lime slice (for garnish)
- fresh ginger slices (for garnish)
Instructions

Pour the pisco, Henessy, and lime juice in a glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer and add a couple of drops of bitters.
