Easy Grilled Pork Chops
These grilled pork chops are marinated then cooked on the grill until perfectly charred! So juicy and succulent from the savory marinade!

Ingredients
Quantities are shown as originally provided.
- 2 lbs boneless pork chops ( - cut into 1/2 inch thick pieces)
- ⅓ cup avocado oil
- 6 cloves garlic ( - minced)
- 1 ⅔ Tablespoons sugar
- 1 ½ Tablespoons dried herbs
- 1 Tablespoon smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 ½ teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
- ½ large onion ( - (optional) cut into large pieces)

Add the pork chops and marinade ingredients into a resealable plastic bag and massage it together. If using, add the onions to the bag and place it in the fridge for 45 minutes to overnight.

Heat your grill or indoor grill pan over medium high heat. Once your grill is heated properly, place the pork chops on the grill and let it cook for 4 minutes. Be sure not to overlap the pork chops. Flip it over and let it grill for another 3 minutes. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 3 minutes.

If you added onions to the marinade, grill the onions for 3 minutes or until slightly charred.

Serve the grilled pork chops with the onions. Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley if desired.
