- 4 servings salt and ground pepper
- 1 Tbs sunflower oil
- 2 Tbs butter
- 1 large onion
- 3 cups apples
- 1 cup white wine

Season the chops with salt and pepper on both sides. Saut the pork chops in hot oil for 5 minutes on each side until browned.
