- 15 ounces solid-pack pumpkin
- 12 ounces evaporated milk
- 0.75 cup light-brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1.5 teaspoons coarse salt
- 0.75 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 0.75 teaspoon ground ginger
- 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Make the crust: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter, sugars, salt, and cinnamon in bowl. Firmly press mixture into bottom and up sides of a deep, 9 1/2-inch pie dish.
