Ingredients
- 0.25 cup butter
- 1.5 cups cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 pounds russet potatoes
- 0.25 teaspoon salt and pepper

Place potatoes in a medium pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, heat to a simmer.
