Ingredients

- 3 oz ginger root (fresh)
- .84 oz turmeric (fresh)
- 1 ½ c filtered water
- ½ c apple cider vinegar
- ¼ c lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- pinch ground black pepper (per shot)
- pineapples or pineapple juice
- oranges
- lemons
- grapefruit
- strawberries
- coconut juice
- orange juice
- maple syrup
Instructions

Combine all the ingredients except the pepper in the blender. Blend until incorporated and there are no lumps.

Lay the strainer on top of the mixing bowl and pour the ginger shot mixture over the strainer.

Use a spoon or spatula to press out the juice from the pulp through the strainer.

Pour the ginger shot mixture into a jar or make ice cubes to freeze.

Note: before taking a shot of the ginger turmeric juice, make sure to add a pinch of black pepper to enhance the bioavailability of the turmeric when your body digests it.
