- 2 lbs Skin-On Chicken Thighs
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Shaoxing Wine
- 1/4 tsp White Pepper
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Slices Ginger
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Green Onions
- Sesame Seeds

Chicken:

Debone chicken thighs and trim away excess fat

Marinade:

Combine soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, Shaoxing wine, oil, smashed whole garlic cloves, and ginger slices in a mixing bowl. Mix well until the sugar is fully dissolved

(Optional) Reserve a little bit of the marinade to use as a glaze

Add chicken thighs, and marinate for at least half an hour in the fridge, but overnight is better

Add marinated chicken thighs to the air fryer basket without overcrowding. Cook in batches if necessary. Air fry chicken at 350F-375F, skin side down, for 12-18 minutes, flipping halfway in between
