  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Dark chocolate
  • 500 ml oil to fry

Instructions

    Pour the water into a saucepan.

    When the water warms up, add the salt and butter and mix, and add the flour.

    When the dough is formed, take it in a separate bowl and add the egg.
