Thai Turkey Burgers
Thai Turkey Burgers are a lighter version of an all time favorite dish. Juicy turkey patties flavored with Thai spices and paired with a delicious Thai coleslaw make the perfect meal!

Ingredients
Quantities are shown as originally provided.
- 2 Lbs Ground Turkey
- 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger (Minced)
- 3 cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 1 tbsp Sambal Oelek
- 1 1/2 tsp Green Curry Paste
- 1 tbsp Lime Zest
- 4 tbsp Mazola® Corn Oil
- 8 Burger Buns
- 3 tbsp Low fat Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Sriracha
- 3 cup Coleslaw Mix
- 1/4 cup Lime Juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp Honey

Place ground turkey, ginger, garlic, sambal oelek, green curry paste and lime zest in a large bowl, mix until fully combined.

Form into 8 patties and place aside.

Place a grill pan over high heat. Once the pan is hot, pour Mazola® Corn Oil in the grill pan.

Place the patties on the grill pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until there are brown grill marks on each side.

Mix mayonnaise and sriracha in a small bowl.

Cut the burger buns into halves lengthwise. Place Thai turkey burgers on each bun, top with crunchy cabbage slaw and sriracha mayo. Serve immediately.

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
