Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes (roughly chopped)
  • 1/2 slices English cucumber (peeled, seeded and roughly chopped), plus a few extra pieces for garnish
  • 1/4 red bell pepper (roughly chopped)
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (plus lemon wedge for moistening glass rim)
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt (plus extra to rim glass before serving)
  • Tabasco sauce (to taste, or similar pepper sauce)
  • celery and cucumber sticks for garnish

Instructions

    Place all ingredients – except for garnish – into a blender and mix until smooth.

    Pour a good amount of celery salt on a small plate. Cut a lemon wedge and moisten the rim of your glass with it. Gently dip the rim of the glass into the celery salt and coat evenly.

    Pour Gazpacho Bloody Mary into glasses over ice, add garnish and serve.
