  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 large Eggs, (room temperature)
  • 1 cup Chobani Green Tea Yogurt (or Vanilla-flavored Greek Yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup neutral-flavored Oil ((like vegetable or avocado oil))
  • 1 cup white Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese, (softened )
  • 2 cups Confectioners’ or Icing Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 350F/180C. Generously grease a bundt pan.

  2. 2

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, Matcha powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

  3. 3

In another bowl, beat the eggs with the yogurt just until combined. Pour in the oil, sugar and the vanilla extract and mix together.

  4. 4

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir to combine.

  5. 5

Transfer the batter to the prepared pan. Bake for about 35-40 minutes or until a tester inserted in the middle comes out clean or with only a few crumbs clinging to it.

  6. 6

Let it cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

  7. 7

Beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the milk and vanilla extract and beat until well-blended. Pour over the cooled cake and allow to drizzle on the sides.
