- 2 cups all purpose Flour
- 4 tsp Green Tea Matcha Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 large Eggs, (room temperature)
- 1 cup Chobani Green Tea Yogurt (or Vanilla-flavored Greek Yogurt)
- 1/2 cup neutral-flavored Oil ((like vegetable or avocado oil))
- 1 cup white Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 4 oz Cream Cheese, (softened )
- 2 cups Confectioners’ or Icing Sugar
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Preheat oven to 350F/180C. Generously grease a bundt pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, Matcha powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

In another bowl, beat the eggs with the yogurt just until combined. Pour in the oil, sugar and the vanilla extract and mix together.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir to combine.

Transfer the batter to the prepared pan. Bake for about 35-40 minutes or until a tester inserted in the middle comes out clean or with only a few crumbs clinging to it.

Let it cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the milk and vanilla extract and beat until well-blended. Pour over the cooled cake and allow to drizzle on the sides.
