- 1 cup corn flour

- 1 egg well beaten
- cooking oil
- 500 gram small shrimps or small prawns
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 1 cup spring onion chopped
- 4 pieces fried tofu cut into strips
- 1 cup papaya fruit shredded
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic crushed
- 1 teaspoon ginger crushed
- 1 tablespoon spring onions chopped

Sift the flours, baking powder, salt, and pepper into a bowl.

Blend the beaten egg and water until a smooth batter is produced.

Heat cooking oil in a shallow frying pan until hot.
