Pizzadillas
Pizzadillas are a quick, easy weeknight dinner or fast lunch that the whole family will enjoy. They take no time to make and are sure to hit the pizza spot!

Ingredients
Quantities are shown as originally provided.
- 4 8 or 10-inch flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ green pepper (thinly sliced)
- ½ red onion (thinly sliced)
- 2.25 oz can sliced black olives (drained)
- 4 tablespoons pizza sauce (plus more for serving)

Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce over half of each tortilla. Sprinkle about ¼ cup of mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Top with the green peppers, red onions and black olives. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the toppings.

Fold over the other half of the tortilla over the toppings to form half a circle and press down.

Carefully place the pizzadilla in a preheated skillet over medium heat and cook until brown and crispy on the bottom, about 2-3 minutes. Carefully flip the pizzadilla over and cook until brown and crispy on the other side, about 2-3 more minutes.

Repeat with the remaining tortillas. Slice each pizzadilla into thirds. Serve with the remaining pizza sauce for dipping.
