- 2 French Baguettes
- 1/2 lb Peeled and Deveined Shrimp
- 1/2 lb Imitation Crab
- 2 Stalks Green Onion
- 1/3 cup Kewpie Mayo
- 3 tbsp Sriracha
- 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 2 tbsp Melted Butter
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Fish Sauce
- 1/2 tsp White Pepper
- Green Onion

Preheat oven to 400F

Cut imitation krab into 1/2-inch pieces. Peel and devein shrimp, then give it a rough chop

Then, in a mixing bowl, combine krab and shrimp with chopped green onions, minced garlic, shredded mozzarella, kewpie mayo, sriracha, melted butter, fish sauce, paprika, and white pepper. Mix until fully incorporated

Slice baguette into one-inch slices and top with shrimp and krab mixture

Place toast on a wire rack one inch apart from each other, and bake for 10-11 minutes. Broil on low for 1 minute or until cheese is fully melted and slightly golden
