Sorrel drink
This is not your average sorrel drink. I have modified this recipe to make it a bit more festive by adding sparkling water instead of plain water which gives this sorrel juice a little more kick and makes it more exotic.

Ingredients
Quantities are shown as originally provided.
- 1 cup Sorrel (Sorrell leaves)
- 2 Cups Water
- 3 Cups Sparkling Water
- 1 Cup Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 Sugar (Stevia, Honey etc.)
- 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seed
- 1 Teaspoon Allspice
- 1 Teaspoon whole Cloves
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger Root (Grated)

Rinse the Sorrel leaves with cool Tap Water

Combine the Water, Sorrel leaves, Mustard seeds, allspice, cloves, and Ginger and let it come to a boil

Take it off the heat and allow it to steep for about 30 minutes. Strain the Juice and discard the pulp.
