Crispy Creamy Air Fried Salmon Bites
My daughter has been craving fish and requested a salmon dish for dinner this week, but the only caveat was that she didn't want the Vietnamese fish dishes I usually make at home. She wanted something crispy, creamy, and fun. Something that she could eat quickly after a long day at school and sports. Now,

- 1 tbsp Kewpie Mayo
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

- 3 tbsp Kewpie Mayo
- 2 tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha

Instructions

Salmon Bites:
- 2
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces. Smaller pieces will be crispier, while larger pieces will stay juicier

Add the salmon to a bowl along with the Kewpie mayo, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt, black pepper, and cornstarch. Gently mix until all the salmon pieces are evenly coated

Preheat the air fryer to 375F. Arrange the salmon in a single layer in the basket, ensuring it is not overcrowded. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and crispy on the outside. Side aside to cool slightly

Make the Bang Bang Sauce:
- 6
In a small bowl, mix Kewpie mayo, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until smooth and creamy
- 7
Toss and Serve:
- 8
Transfer the hot salmon bites to a bowl and gently toss with the bang bang sauce until evenly coated

Serve over a bowl of white rice, garnish with sliced green onions, and drizzle over more bang bang sauce. Enjoy!
