Homemade Lotus Biscoff Spread (VIDEO)

Ingredients
Quantities are shown as originally provided.
- 250 g Lotus Biscoff biscuits (1 bag (8.8oz))
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 25 g Golden syrup (can be substituted with another dark syrup or brown sugar)
- 130 g Evaporated milk
- 2 teaspoon Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

The Biscoff Crumble can be made either in a food processor, or in a ziplock bag and beating it with a rolling pin until the cookies more or less evenly broken up

Then, move the mixture to the food processor and add the rest of the ingredients

Start processing the mixture for 2-3 minutes until the spread is super smooth. For a more rustic, crunhy texture, only process it for 30 seconds

If desired, add more Biscoff biscuits or evaporated milk to make the spread thicker / thinner

Use the spread according to the recipe

Store it in an airtight jar and keep it refrigerated for up to two weeks
