Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Pork Chops
  • 2 stalks Lemongrass, Minced
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Minced Shallots
  • 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 4 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Annatto Seed Oil
  • Black Pepper

Instructions

    Combine minced lemongrass, shallots, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, annatto seed oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Add pork chops, mix well, and let marinate covered in the fridge for at least an hour, but overnight for best results

    Spray the air fryer grate with cooking oil, or place parchment paper on the grate. Preheat the air fryer to 375F. Air Fry the pork chops for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway in between, or until the pork reaches a safe internal temperature of 145F

    Serve with rice and all your favorite toppings and garnishes. Enjoy!
