  • 7 oz Vietnamese Ham / Chả Lụa
  • 2 Green Onions
  • 2 Thai Chili
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • Green Onion
  • Thai chili

Instructions

    Cut Vietnamese ham loaf into 1/2-inch thick half-moon slices

    Add oil to a small earthenware pot, and sauté green onions until fragrant. Add Vietnamese ham and brown for 1-2 minutes. Add minced garlic and mix well

    Combine sugar, fish sauce, water, and dark soy sauce in a small bowl, making sure that the sugar dissolves completely. Add to the pot

    Bring up to a boil, then reduce the heat, let that simmer covered for 10 minutes

  5. 5

    Garnish with more green onions and Thai chili. Serve with rice and pickled veggies
