- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup pecans ((chopped))
- 4 tablespoons butter ((softened))
- ½ cup granola
- 4 peaches ((pitted and halved))
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup ((divided))
- 2 cups plain yogurt ((whole milk yogurt preferred))

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecans. Stir in the butter until a coarse crumble is formed. Spread the crumble on a parchment lined sheet pan, and transfer to the oven. Bake for 15 mins.

Remove from the oven, cool for 10 minutes, and toss the granola into your crumble. Set aside.

Take your peaches and brush their cut sides with maple syrup. Grill them on a hot grill or grill pan brushed with olive oil until they’re caramelized and have nice grill marks on both sides.

To serve, add about a half cup of yogurt into a serving bowl. Top with two peach halves and your crumble mixture. Drizzle with maple syrup if desired, and serve!
