- 750 gram lean beef cut into 2 cm cubes
- 2 cups beef stock
- 1 teaspoon pepercorns crushed
- 1 small onion
- 1 cup carrots sliced
- 2 cup potatoes cut into chunks
- 1 bok choy sliced
- 2 cup cabbage
- salt and pepper to taste

Bring the beef stock to a boil with the peppercorns. Add the beef and onions.

Cover with a lid and boil for about 20 minutes, until the beef is tender.

Add the carrots and potatoes, and boil for a further 5-10 minutes.
