Ingredients

  • 750 gram lean beef cut into 2 cm cubes
  • 2 cups beef stock
  • 1 teaspoon pepercorns crushed
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 2 cup potatoes cut into chunks
  • 1 bok choy sliced
  • 2 cup cabbage
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    Bring the beef stock to a boil with the peppercorns. Add the beef and onions.

    Cover with a lid and boil for about 20 minutes, until the beef is tender.

    Add the carrots and potatoes, and boil for a further 5-10 minutes.

    Add the bok choy and cabbage, then simmer for about 10 minutes.
