Ingredients

Quantities are shown as originally provided.

  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, (crushed)
  • 1 Onion, (chopped)
  • 1 Bell Pepper, ((red, yellow or a combo), sliced)
  • 1 Medium Zucchini, (sliced)
  • 1 lb Left-over grilled or fresh Sausages (or Hot dogs), ( sliced diagonally)
  • 5 tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce,
  • Salt and pepper, (to taste)

Instructions

  1. 1

Heat up a wok or a large frying pan to medium heat. Swirl in the vegetable oil. Add the garlic and onions and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add the sliced grilled sausages and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the peppers (or zucchini or a combo) and cook just until tender-crisp. Season with a little salt and ground pepper, to taste, if desired. I sometimes don’t add any salt and pepper at all.

  2. 2

Quickly, stir in the sweet chili sauce to coat the sausages and veggies. Cook just until the sauce is heated through. Serve immediately with some freshly cooked rice. Enjoy!
