Quantities are shown as originally provided.
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, (crushed)
- 1 Onion, (chopped)
- 1 Bell Pepper, ((red, yellow or a combo), sliced)
- 1 Medium Zucchini, (sliced)
- 1 lb Left-over grilled or fresh Sausages (or Hot dogs), ( sliced diagonally)
- 5 tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce,
- Salt and pepper, (to taste)
Instructions
- 1
Heat up a wok or a large frying pan to medium heat. Swirl in the vegetable oil. Add the garlic and onions and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add the sliced grilled sausages and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the peppers (or zucchini or a combo) and cook just until tender-crisp. Season with a little salt and ground pepper, to taste, if desired. I sometimes don’t add any salt and pepper at all.

Quickly, stir in the sweet chili sauce to coat the sausages and veggies. Cook just until the sauce is heated through. Serve immediately with some freshly cooked rice. Enjoy!
