- 200 g Glutinous Rice
- 4 pieces Dried Shiitake Mushroom
- 4 pieces Dried Scallop
- 6 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Minced Ginger
- 1/2 piece Chinese Sausage
- 1 tbsp Lard
- 200 g Diced Chicken Thighs
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Cooking Wine
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
- A little Pepper

Wash glutinous rice, soak with filtered water for 3 hours.

Wash dried scallops and mushrooms, soak with warm water for 3 hours.

Marinate Chicken

Chinese sausage cut into slice sauté until fragrant then take it out of the pan for later use.

Sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
