- 1 cup Sparkling water, club soda or sprite
- Some ice

- 2 to 3 tsp. Agave nectar
- 2 shots of soju (1/4 cup)
- 1 cup Sparkling water, club soda or sprite

In a glass, add Yuzu marmalade and mint or orange, mint and agave nectar. Smash with a wooden spoon or smasher. Add soju, sparkling water and ice; stir.
