Ingredients

Quantities are shown as originally provided.

  • 1 1/2 scoops lime sherbet (using ice cream scoop)
  • A squeeze of fresh lime juice
  • 4 Tbsp pineapple juice
  • 1 cup (236ml) ginger ale (or you can use Sprite or 7-Up)
  • 2 quarts lime sherbet
  • juice of 2 limes
  • 46 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 liters ginger ale (or you can use Sprite or 7-Up)
  • lime slice, sprig of mint and cute straw

Instructions

    In a tall drinking glass, add the lime sherbet.

    Add in the lime juice and pineapple juice.

  3. 3

    Slowly pour in the ginger ale, as it will bubble up.

    Top the glass with a lime slice, sprig of mint and a cute straw!

    In a punch bowl, add the lime sherbet.

    Add in the lime juice and pineapple juice.

    Slowly pour in the ginger ale, as it will bubble up.
