Easy Chocolate Clusters

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup grated cooking chocolate or chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup nuts (I used almonds and cashew nuts)

In a bowl add ½ cup of finely chopped dark chocolate. You can add semi sweet chocolate chips too.

Melt this using double boiler method. Ensure that the water will not splutter on the chocolate.

Alternatively, you can microwave this for 2 minutes.

If you are doing this, take out after 30 seconds and stir it.

Let the chocolate melt fully into a smooth and silky texture.

Keep this aside.

If you have roasted nuts just go head but if you have raw nuts, let’s roast this and then proceed.

Dry roast the nuts for 2-3 minutes in a medium flame.

You can chop the nuts into half and roast.

Once done switch off the stove and transfer the roasted nuts to a bowl.

Once it becomes warm, add this to the melted chocolate.

Mix well using a spoon.

Line a tray with parchment paper.

Spoon a tbsp of the chocolate nut mixture in the parchment tray.

Refrigerate this for an hour. Do not keep this in the freezer.

It will become firm and set.
