Ingredients

- 1 lb Water Spinach
- 1 lb Thinly Sliced Beef
- 1/2 White Onion
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp MSG
- Salt and Pepper
- Green Onion
- Fried Garlic
- Black Pepper

Thinly slice beef, and marinate with fish sauce, sugar, msg, salt, pepper and oil

While beef is marinating, wash and thoroughly rinse water spinach. Cut into three-inch sections. Then cut white onion into strips, and finely chop green onions

Add oil and an even layer of beef to a hot frying pan. Let the beef get a hard sear and color before moving around. Then add onions and minced garlic. Stir-fry beef until 80% done. Remove from the pan

Add water spinach, and wilt. Roughly 1 minute. Add beef back into the pan and mix well

To serve, add veggies, beef, and sauce. Garnish with green onions, fried garlic, and black pepper
