Ingredients
Quantities are shown as originally provided.
- 1 1/2 cups gluten-free Bisquick (If you don’t have gluten-free Bisquick you can use this recipe to make your own.)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 12.5 oz gluten-free canned chicken breast (drained (I used Great Value brand from Walmart))
- 1/4 cup gluten-free buffalo wing sauce (I used Sweet Baby Ray's)
- 1/4 cup gluten-free blue cheese dressing (I used Kraft brand)
- 3/4 cups milk

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.

In a large bowl add gluten-free canned chicken, buffalo wing sauce and blue cheese dressing. together. Stir to fully coat the chicken with the sauces.

Add the cheeses and the gluten-free Bisquick to the chicken mixture. Mix until fully combined.

Add the milk to the ingredients and mix until fully combined.

Make small 1″ balls from the mixture. You can use a rounded tablespoon to make your balls.

Bake for 22 to 26 minutes until golden brown.

Serve with extra buffalo wing sauce and blue cheese dressing for dipping.
