- 2 carrots

- 1 cup wisconsin beer
- 4 cups broth

- 2 cups wisconsin cheddar
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire
- 0.25 teaspoon pepper
- 0.125 teaspoon pepper flakes

Start out by melting up the butter on medium heat.

Add in the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic. Cook it all for a good 3-4 minutes.
