  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 32 oz corn kernels
  • 0.5 cup bell pepper
  • 0.25 cup half and half
  • 0.5 cup bell pepper
  • 6 servings salt and pepper
  • 2 cups chicken
  • 2 large onions
  • 4 cups vegetable stock
