Air Fryer Lemongrass Chicken Wings
One of my most popular recipes is my grilled lemongrass chicken; It is smoky, fragrant, and packed with flavors that instantly remind me of home. So, I wanted to take that recipe and everything people love about that dish and transform it into something fun and approachable. What's more fun and tasty than chicken wings?

- 2 lb Chicken Wings
- 2 Green Onion, white part
- 2 tbsp Minced Lemongrass
- 2 tbsp Grated Shallot
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp MSG
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1/4 White Pepper
- Green Onion, green part

Prepare the Marinade:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the white part of the green onion, minced lemongrass, grated shallot, and minced garlic. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, honey, MSG, oil, and white pepper. Mix everything together until the marinade is well combined and smooth

Marinate the Chicken Wings:

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Place them into the bowl with the marinade and toss until each wing is evenly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the wings to a resealable bag. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour. For the best flavor, marinate overnight

Cook the Wings:

Arrange the marinated wings in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd the basket. Air fry the wings at 375F for 18 to 20 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown on the outside and fully cooked on the inside

Transfer the wings to a serving plate. Sprinkle the sliced green part of the green onion on top for health! Enjoy!
